Vikan Paddle, Heat Resistant, 1180mm
The heat resistant nylon enables the user to stir product while hot – up to 170oC . The heat resistance is applicable to contact with food not metal and should be removed immediately after use. The handle is smooth and gentle on the user’s hand. Examples of use: soup; caramel; etc.
