At a ceremony in London on 19 November, Britain’s Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) named Vikan’s Ultra Safe Technology (UST) brushes the winner of its “Best New Product or Service” award.
More than 400 representatives from the food industry attended this year’s awards ceremony, and candidates for the prestigious “Best New Product or Service” award must be nominated by two companies in the industry.
Developed in partnership with the food industry and with the mission of providing customers with the most secure, safe and hygienic brushware available, Ultra Safe Technology has transformed the humble brush into a powerful tool for improving food safety and quality.
