The 2025 AIFST Convention (AIFST25) will bring together Australia’s agrifood science and technology community for two days of cutting-edge insights, industry connections, and professional growth.

With the theme Grow, Learn, Connect, and Champion, AIFST25 is designed to spark fresh ideas, foster collaboration, and ignite conversations about building a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive food system for the future.
